- Inspect whole house for operation of windows for sale of house. (We do charge for this, as we lubricate parts and possibly vacuum out any debris. To check that your parts are in good working order.)

- We replace window parts from balancers to cranks.
- Glazing parts from older windows are still available but they are sometimes hard to find depending on the part. And some are no longer available.
